Run the game as an administrator. This error can happen when your IP address is temporarily blocked by anti-DDoS protection. Please wait 15 minutes or try using a VPN. If the issue persists, contact the administration team and provide your login username and IP address.
Failed to download [main.exe]
Close all game and RzLaunch windows, then run RzLaunch.exe again to update the game.
Could not open file
Re-download the full client and extract it into a clean folder.
